Woodside Road is between Ballymena and Broughshane, within the development limits of Ballymena. The zoning is split into areas on either side of Woodside Road.

The east side includes an Invest NI owned Industrial Estate, which is a multi-tenanted commercial park with office, industrial and manufacturing accommodation. The west side includes a c15ha site (also Invest NI owned), which remains undeveloped.

Planning:

Zoned for industrial use as an area of employment within the Area Plan.

Utilities:

The site falls within the NI Gas Supply Network with provision for domestic and commercial gas supply in the area. The site is also serviced by Northern Ireland Electricity Networks. Northern Ireland Water is responsible for all domestic and commercial water and sewage services in the area.
