South Campus is located on Old Glenarm Road, Larne and also includes Caterpillar Inc. The entire area has easy access to the A8 dual carriageway towards Belfast and both Belfast Airports as well as the ports at Belfast and Larne.

Consists of a range of built accommodation across a number of high specification buildings, with over 170,000 sq ft of space across a wide range of industrial units with ancillary office space in varying sizes available.

Utilities:

The site falls within the NI Gas Supply Network with provision for domestic and commercial gas supply in the area. The site is also serviced by Northern Ireland Electricity Networks. Northern Ireland Water is responsible for all domestic and commercial water and sewage services in the area.
