Kilroot Business Park occupies an extensive 60-acre site which is one of the largest unbroken, single ownership industrial estates in Northern Ireland. The park is in an easily accessible location on the main Larne Road just outside Carrickfergus.
The location currently includes a mix of warehouse, industrial and office accommodation, with units ranging from 100 sq ft to 90,000 sq ft. There are significant opportunities for new industrial developments within the business park, with additional lands located adjacent to the park and currently zoned for industrial use, as well as the potential for energy renewal schemes due to the close proximity of the location to Kilroot Power Station.
Planning
